WHITE MEAT
Pork meat is classified by the World Health Organisation within the so-called white meat category, as its proportion of saturated fatty acids is lower than those in red meat. According to experts, its consumption is recommended 3 or 4 times a week. It is rich in iron, zinc, phosphorus and potassium, as well as B vitamins.
ENERGY
It has a high concentration of B vitamins, which are important for the metabolism and the release of energy through food. It also has a noteworthy iron content, very important in the development and prevention of diseases.
