In 1944, the Miguel family’s trajectory began with a meat stall in the central market of Logroño (Spain). Shortly thereafter, our ancestors focused exclusively on pork. From then until today, almost 75 years later, we can say that our solid experience has allowed us to produce pork products of the highest quality.
