Only a careful genetic selection of our Duroc pig is what allows us to obtain our very own lineage, with an optimal balance between lean meat and intramuscular fat, thus obtaining a tasty, tender and juicy meat that sets all of our products apart. Our livestock is raised on our own farms, in accordance with animal welfare regulations, and is fed a completely natural diet.

SUPERIOR MARBLING
White in colour, the meat from our Duroc pigs is smooth, firm and compact. It has very attractive intramuscular marbling, which provides even more juiciness, tenderness and a better flavour than other meats.

It contains high doses of proteins that are necessary for muscle development, and is composed of a good combination of essential amino acids, necessary for the growth, repair and maintenance of cells.
Rich in monounsaturated fats with high amounts of oleic acid, which helps maintain adequate levels of good cholesterol (HDL), lowering bad cholesterol (LDL).
It has a high concentration of B vitamins, which are important for the metabolism and the release of energy through food. It also has a noteworthy iron content, very important in the development and prevention of diseases.
